What you need

Butter

240g

Caster Sugar

80g

Egg

50g

Plain Flour

370g

★ Add color gel, chocolate for the desired color effect

What to do

  • Soften the Butter : Take the butter out of the fridge and let it soften at room temperature Softened butter after resting at room temperature
  • Mix Butter and Sugar : Add the caster sugar to the softened butter in batches, mixing well after each addition. Butter mixed with caster sugar in a bowl.
  • Incorporate the Egg : Add the egg to the butter-sugar mixture and mix until fully combined and no longer visible Butter and caster sugar mixture with added egg
  • Add Flour : Gradually add the flour to the mixture, sifting it in batches, and mix well. Butter, caster sugar, and egg mixture with added plain flour.
  • Form and Freeze the Dough : After mixing everything together, divide the dough into 3 portion. Then add chocolate to form the black dough and red color gel for the red dough. Roll the dough into a large, flat sheet, and freeze them. Large plain dough rolled out flat for freezing
  • Shape the Dough : Combine the dough as shown below to create the Poké Ball shape Dough combined together to form the Poké Ball
  • Bake the Cookies: Bake the cookies at 120°C (248°F) for 20 minutes. (Bake at low heat to keep the color unchanged) Well baked Poké Ball cookie
